Terms of engagement

Last updated: 28 July 2026

Acceptance

By accessing https://cloudinfraconnect.digital or engaging Cloud Infra Connect for professional services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work from us.

Services described on this site

Pages describing audits for fintech are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties sign a written proposal or engagement letter stating scope, fee, and timetable. Website fee tables are guidance, not offers.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and graphics, belongs to Cloud Infra Connect or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute materials for commercial use without written consent. Working papers and final memoranda produced under an engagement are licensed to the client as set out in the engagement letter; we retain ownership of methodologies and templates.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to evidence, and authority for interviews. Delays in evidence delivery may extend timelines without reducing fees already agreed for reserved calendar time, subject to the refund policy.

Liability

Our audits provide reasonable assurance based on agreed sampling — they are not guarantees that regulators, banks, or investors will accept a filing or diligence pack. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Cloud Infra Connect’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost financing or delayed licences, except where Taiwanese law prohibits such limitation.

Independence and conflicts

We may decline or withdraw from work where independence would be impaired. Clients must disclose related parties and prior advisory relationships relevant to the perimeter under review.

Website use

The site may contain typographical errors or outdated examples. We may update content without notice. Unauthorised scraping, interference with site operation, or submission of malicious content is prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts located in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless the engagement letter specifies a different forum for that engagement alone.
