Data we collect

When you submit a contact or newsletter form we process your name (if provided), email address, selected audit interest, optional timeline notes, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Engagement work may involve business contact details and, where necessary for the audit, limited personal data appearing in client evidence (for example names on KYC jackets) processed under the client’s instructions and confidentiality terms.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data to respond to requests, prepare proposals, and maintain engagement records. Newsletter addresses are used only to send occasional practice notes until you unsubscribe.
