Fees
Pricing that follows scope, not seat licences
Every audit is quote-based once we lock products, entities, and evidence readiness. The figures below are starting points for single-entity programmes in Taiwan — useful for budgeting before a scoping call.
| Engagement | Starting fee | Usual duration |
|---|---|---|
| Licensing Readiness Audit | From NT$280,000 | 4–7 weeks |
| Transaction Monitoring Control Review | From NT$160,000 | 2–3 weeks |
| Safeguarding & Client Money Audit | From NT$190,000 | ~3 weeks |
| Pre-Diligence Controls Health Check | From NT$120,000 | 10–14 business days |
Fees are informational. A signed proposal fixes the amount for the agreed perimeter. Multi-entity groups, agent networks, or incomplete evidence packs move quotes upward after scoping.
What changes the estimate
- Number of live products and settlement corridors
- Whether on-site days in multiple cities are required
- Volume of alerts or reconciliations to sample
- Need for bilingual board materials
- Compressed timelines ahead of a filing date
How billing works
We invoice forty percent on kickoff and the balance on delivery of the final memorandum. Deposits secure calendar space and are subject to our refund terms.
Advisory follow-on work after the audit — such as coaching remediation owners — is priced separately so independence during fieldwork stays clear.
